Elementary and Middle Years

6 – 14 years old

Year 1 – Year 9

At Maple Bear elementary students develop their communication skills in two languages, this includes: listening, speaking, reading, writing, visualizing and role playing. English language, arts, mathematics, and sciences are taught in English while geography and history are taught in Portuguese.

How do young people learn?

In this academic phase of Maple Bear students, they have already embarked on a long learning journey and understand more complex issues. They are preparing to make impactful choices for their future, whether in Brazil or abroad. At this stage, they also gain autonomy and responsibility for decision-making.
